For Individual & Consumer Accounts

  • Full legal name and date of birth.
  • Residential physical address (P.O. Boxes are not permissible).
  • Government-issued photo ID (Unexpired Passport, Driver’s License, or State ID).
  • Social Security Number (SSN) or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

For Corporate & Institutional Accounts

  • Articles of Incorporation, Partnership Agreements, or Operating Agreements.
  • Employer Identification Number (EIN) or international tax registration.
  • Government-issued ID and personal details for all authorized signers.
  • Certification of Beneficial Owners owning 25% or more equity interest.
Notice Regarding Unverified Accounts: If we are unable to verify your identity through our primary identification methods, we may request additional documentation or refuse to open an account. If an account has already been conditionally established, we reserve the right to restrict transactions or close the account in accordance with federal regulation.
